[governance] Update:Call for Volunteers for New NomCom

Dear All,

On January 15, 2013 there was an open call for volunteers for a new
Nominating Committee. I would like to thank all those who have expressed
their interest to being part of the pool within which the selection of the
new NomCom can take place. This is the final list of Volunteers.
