[governance] Notice to the IGC on Proposed Charter Amendments

Can the coordinator  please  re-post the final version of the proposals for the three amendments.
We have had a fair amount of dissection so it would be helpful to get a clean version.

Hi,

Have the amendments that I co-proposed been lost.

I am totally confused about what is going on with this process.  
I do not know what 1, 2, 3 are.  Is on line somewhere?

Is the vote to wait until every amendment everyone has ever wanted also gets discussed and put on the ballot?
