[governance] Call for Volunteers for New NomCom

Dear All,

This is to advise that so far we have 21 Volunteers for the new Nominating
Committee. We need 4 more volunteers to be able to run the selection
process under the Charter. Thank you for all those that have volunteered
and we welcome your participation.
