[governance] Preliminary List of Nominees for the 2013 MAG - REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION

Another thing, the noncom or the coordinator will have to send 
nominations as per the enclosed format. Dont know whether it has 
sufficient information to fill in these formats...
