[governance] Updates on MAG 2013

Dear Sala,

In view of recent discussions and the shortness of time until the Jan 20
deadline, I would like to request you to clarify asap whether or not you
choose to reconsider your decision to reactivate that former nomcom
for choosing the IGC nominees for the 2013 MAG renewal.
