[governance] Updates on MAG 2013

Disclaimer second: I would prefer to listen as I 
am doing it for many years. Learning about the 
process and listening to the learned members of 
this community. Learning about MAG and issues of 
importance that in my opinion would have gain 
much momentum along these years. I am humbly 
withdrawing my name from this NomCom, though I 
have served in earlier NomComs for making them as 
successful. Also, please opt out my name from any 
random list, given that I could be in this 
IGCCaucas list to learn some more about IG.
