There is a version accessible thru the open 
source Moodle data base: http://list-o.sourceforge.net/

This version is named LIST-O (from Langues et 
Intercompréhension  Système de Traduction Ouvert)
which can be read as List Open and was developped 
in a project funded by OIF (Organisation 
International de la Francophonie) in 2008.

The project has been evolving since then but not 
yet to the point of a new release.
There are still a list of features I want to see 
added and the team has been slow in absence of funding.
