Have just received advice that Anriette Esterhuysen has been added to this 
panel now and next  meeting will be in February. Anriette was chosen over 
Milton Mueller "for reasons of diversity". This has apparently been 
discussed with panel and accepted.

Be interesting in due course to get reports from our various 
observers/experts on what (if anything) of significance happened in London.
