[governance] RFC: Model Framework on Network Neutrality

Please note that it is still possible to comment the
model framework on network neutrality that will be proposed by the Dynamic
Coalition on Network Neutrality (see: http://networkneutrality.info/events.html )


The 30-day comment period will close on 20 August
2013.

Every interested stakeholder is invited to send its
comments via the mailing-list of the coalition (see: http://mailman.edri.org/mailman/listinfo/nncoalition)
