[governance] ICANN DATABASE

Thank you, Adam.
As I wrote yesterday, McTim, from time to time, when you compare what ICANN
shows on those unstructured tables is different from what the dashboard
displays. For instance, two weeks ago, the USA had 602 accredited
registrars on the registrars list, and the dashboard map was showing 610.
Canada had 39-41. The difference is small of course. But I was wondering
why those infos are not integrated write away. And why the database that is
the source of the dashboard is not simply made available in real time for
download.
