[governance] May IGF consultation and MAG meeting

[Izumi AIZU]

IGF secretariat just posted the notice on the website for the May Open
consultation and MAG meeting with Registration and Draft Agenda.
There is no mention of contributions from stakeholders and I asked them if
they plan to accept these (which should be the case).

I think it's important to prepare our contribution/statement. Could someone
take a lead?
