[governance] Youth Tech Camp in Pakistan

Sala, there is a main session during the Arab IGF dedicated to Youth. In
addition, of the 15 approved workshops, there are 2 related to Youth (a
great amount bearing in mind 5 main themes and a couple of workshops
related to other themes).
