   Thanks for the pointer to the Friendly Runet Foundation, and also INHOPE!

   INHOPE in particular is particularly valuable to know about, since getting
   initial reports to the right place early in the process is very helpful.  I was
   unaware of them but they will likely soon become one of my most frequent
   referrals of inquiries.
