The IGF Host Country Secretariat kindly requests you provide your full
itinerary and accommodation information to participant at igf2012.az in
order to arrange a smooth and free pick up from the airport to hotels
on arrival. This is to ensure that we cut long queues at the airport,
and assign adequate transportation to our guests.

Kindly distribute this request to friends and colleges that might be interested.
