I would like to nominate Katy Pearce as one of the Civil Society experts for
the Baku main session.

Katy is an academic expert who knows the Azerbaijan and the region very
well. She knows the country and its dynamics. She's been an excellent
resource for those of us who have been wanting to better know and understand
Azerbaijan in the lead up to the IGF.

I recommend her without reservation.Details on her research and work is
