Hmmm... Cowboys and ``Indians``... I like a good shoot-em-up especially when
the good guys are all wearing white hats and the bad guys, black ones...
Makes figuring out who to root for so much easier :)

For noting, I ran the secretariat
for the last WCIT, and helped
the Secretary-General at the
time develop and negotiate
the provisions in his hometown
of Melbourne.  I also led the
ITU-T cybersecurity standards
group over the past four years.
The turf is all too familiar.
