[governance] World Association for Christian Communication opposes proposed restrictions on the Internet

World Alliance for Christian Communication (WACC) -- were one of the
prominent civil society organizations in WSIS.  Very much involved with AMARC
(which is the World Association of Community Broadcasters). Good people.
