That constitutes a lowest common denominator.  If all you want is consensus only on those, and on that favourite of miss universe contestants every year, "world peace" .. that'd have been achieved at the first IGF itself if not at one of several multistakeholder events before that.

Once you get more nuanced, I will stand by what I said.
