[governance] Notice of Intention to Facilitate the Election Process for Coordinator [IGC]

Dear All,

Kindly consider this formal notice that in the not too distant future, we
will be initiating the electoral process in relation to the appointment of
a Coordinator.

In the meantime, please make every effort to start looking for possible
nominees or candidates for the role of coordinator within the IGC.
