How so? I would think the opposite: Indonesians protesting against
censorship is a good sign.
Now if they were protesting against Indonesian government or stopped
by them it would be different, but as long as Indonesian government
doesn't mind (or at least pretends not to), I think this is a positive
indication about freedom of expression in Indonesia and most
appropriate for next IGF host.
