However, these people most probably only want to be clearly taught in 
an open minded meeting (they cannot negociate anything with the civil 
society except through a constitutional referendum) . A way to deal 
with this could be for you to ask them the topics they would like to 
cover. So you may also organize the meeting and introduce you as 
expert in civil society positions as by its very civil (not organized 
nature) civil society has no representative. Try to explain them that 
is the same as if we asked them to coordinate 3 or 4 European States 
to meet with us.
