Re ICANN, not so much there falls in FCC jurisdiction so no surprise.

And I emphasize again, the phrase is: open Internet. Net neutrality is so...2009. At least in US domestic politics and policy.

I'm quite surprised there's nobody from ICANN on this committee.
After all, it is a multi-stakeholder model that's operational, not just
theoretical.
