[governance] Concerns about hidden cameras in Azerbaijan hotel rooms

Seriously folks, the reports of systematic surveillance, intimidation and violation of human rights in Azerbaijan is no joking matter. I would have expected a more serious conversation on the issue, and how the IGC might want to react.

It is unfortunate that we've gone from a proactive and active engagement on and about Human Rights at the WSIS in Tunis in 2005 to silence on the issues in Azerbaijan.
