So as not to disappoint you, can I recommend this book, which discusses
cultural differences between countries, and how to work with international
colleagues.

The chapter on "Americans in Europe" is particularly useful for Europeans
wanting to understand how organisations such as ICANN might have a
different dynamic from corporations in their own country.
