[governance] Draft "talking points" for MAG Consultation tomorrow

Just made point on Judy's comment on the Physical Accessibility:
it is imperative that all locations/ venue , transport,etc is
accessible and usable for PWD .

For those IGC members in the Consultation room, please do not hesitate to
bring issues of your concern. Myself being the coordinator but also the MAG
like to make minimal intervention and let my colleagues speak up.
