[governance] Status of Azeri IGF 2012 Host Country website ... ?

Does anyone know if there are any new developments in regards to the launching of the Azeri IGF 2012 Host Country website.

According to my notes of the IGF consultations back in Feb the site was supposed to have been launched by now.
