i know that preparatory meetings are underway in March and in the Asia
Pacific region, APT are holding preparatory meetings....
At the end of the day, countries through their governments and private
sector (at least those who are ITU members) are having their say
anyway...at the end of the day civil society organisations have to
determine the level os engagement.
One thing is certain, we are in interesting times.
