Yes I called it highway as its still in development phase, as soon as the different resorts are developed and introduced on different layers, everyone will have opportunity to reserve the resort for a period of his choice according to his affordability.

So, I refer it as a super highway on the Internet Clouds, not as an network infrastructure backbone.
