Let's suppose the internet be used by the US and her underlings for a
worldwide surveillance system, then would the US gov tolerate any form of
internet shared control ?
This proposition may be reversed.
Let's suppose the US gov rejects any form of internet shared control, then
the internet could be used by the US and her underlings for a worldwide
surveillance system.
