[governance] Martinelli propondrá control de números IP ante la ONU ???

Bonsoir à tous,
Je propose que l'ONU mette en place une agence spéciale en charge de
l'identité numérique unique. En effet, chaque utilisateur d'objet numérique
(téléphone, Internet, fax et télévision) doit pouvoir être fichier en une
fois et cette identification doit d'auto exploiter dans les autres objets
du numérique du fait du principe de convergence totale! Qu'en pensez-vous?
