If we go back to the original question "Avri: How do we get into the 
WCIT meeting", then options are rather limited.

And I didn't say "join", I said "attach to".

Of course this won't work for every country, and be difficult where 
you've never made an effort to get involved before. But short of 
dressing up as waiters, what's the alternative?

Others may prefer to ostentatiously *not* get into the meeting, but that 
wasn't the question which was asked.
