[governance] IGF briefing in Geneva / Feb Consultation

Many thanks to those of you who have completed the  Feb Consultation survey form.

>From the looks of it, it seems that the best time to meet ahead of the meeting is - Tuesday morning before the start of the consultation. Might I suggest we all meet at the Pregny Gate at either at 8 or 8:30. That way we all walk in together and have time to brief each other , prepare key talking points we might want to raise, and share strategy.
