Some food for thought as we look towards the challenges facing both the Internet and Internet governance during 2013 and beyond. As the article points out
* the Internet is now morphing into a series of gated communities
* apps rather than open protocols increasingly control access
* net neutrality is out the window if it threatens corporate dominance

We do have a changed situation since WSIS, a new series of threats and challenges, and new power players. Should make for an interesting period ahead!
