	Are their likely to be 'supportive govts'? Most governments seem to fall clearly in the camp of wanting stronger role for government, either through a stronger GAC or replacing ICANN with a more government centric structure. 

	There absolutely needs to be a better way of dealing with the issues of GAC participation in ICANN policy processes, and the tensions created by the difference in process. The GAC, however, recently seems to be strongly expressing the opinion that its preferred way of dealing with the different approaches to policy formation is for the GNSO (and other policy bodies) to remove themselves from the policy process when it conflict with the GAC.
