[governance] IGC: WCIT process - Open Letter to ITU: IRP Coalition as signatory?

Some of you on the ground in Dubai at the WCIT, and others following
closely via other lists and such like will be aware of the following open
letter to the ITU

As the IRP Coalition is a signatory to the statement issued from the Best
Bits meeting at Baku, this letter is also relevant. It outlines clearly
where the issues lie in terms of calling the ITU to account in terms of
participation and access for all parties at these proceedings.

If you think the coalition should add their voice to this call, please let
us know. Petitions and Open Letters like these are, needless to say, the
tip of a much larger iceberg of things to be done but this one is coherent
and pertinent for the coalition to consider.
