So, Bill and Milton, you think questioning the legitimacy of application 
of US law and executive power over the supposedly global governance 
system of ICANN is very 2003 and some kind of a nationalist/ identity 
politics jingo.... Well, I am sure you will have to eat your words in 
not very distant a future. And I will save this email to jog your memory
