Having being at a recent Pacific Broadband Forum organised by the ITU in
Fiji which followed the APT meeting. I was surprised to hear the Republic
of Marshall Islands (RMI) talk about how the Arab Spring affected ICT
development in RMI. ;) (chuckling)
