[governance] IGC on Facebook?

I personally think it's a good idea and it is desirable that we exchanged by
Facebook. Other social networks are acceptable, but Facebook is more
appropriate depending of my own experience. Skype is also very
suitable for exchanges
between groups. I arrive in Nairobi on 26 to 16.20 and I will be at
Jacaranda Hotel.
