[governance] Cyber Security 2011

For those who might be interested, I am tweeting from the London Cyber
Conference (@andreaglorioso, you can also follow the hashtag
#LondonCyber).

For clarity, I am attending the London Cyber Conference as part of the
EU delegation, but the tweets express my personal position(s) only.
