[governance] CSTD WG going on

Hello,
Imran has a raised section of our concerns about the participation of
developing
economies. I not only support but I think it's essential that we participate in
consultations and fora in Geneva WSIS (like 2012). Remote participation can
be effective if it creates a synergy with a physical presence at the scene of
the consultation and the actors in the field.
