I hope all is going well at EuroDig for those of you that are there.
Here in Geneva at the Human Rights Council we (APC) tried to put
internet FX on the agenda today in the opening general debate. Amidst so
many other issues... Libya, Sri Lanka, Cote d'Ivoire, Syria, Bahrain,
migrants the internet seems in a weird way both 'peripheral' and
terribly central at the same time.

Frank la Rue will be presenting his report on Friday. Until then a group
of civil society organisations and governments who care about human
rights on the internet are considering best options for moving the issue
forward in a positive way.

Follow on www.apc.org and on Twitter using #fxinternet #UNHRC #UN_HRC
#humanrights.
