[governance] CSTD Documents adopted at am session, 27 May

Attached are the resolutions adopted by the CSTD this morning. I have
not yet seen the text of the WSIS follow up resolution. I had to leave
around 19h00 and there was still quite a bit of work to do then.

    * Draft resolution on "Science and Technology for Development"
    * Draft decision on "Extension of the mandate of the Gender Advisory
      Board of the Commission on Science and Technology for Development"
    * Provisional agenda and Documentation for the 15th session of the
      Commission on Science and Technology for Development
