[governance] Comments on CSTD WG in IGF improvements, May 2011

Hi,

One thing to do, once we get the list of remaining members you have asked for many times is to create  a nomcom to put together a list of people to suggest.    Why wait for them to ask?

In fact since it takes weeks to get a nomcom going, it might be time to start setting one up.
