[governance] Grading Workshops

Greetings:

I will start reading one by one the over 100 workshops that has been presented to see weather or not the workshops comply with "basic" requirements published in the IGF website (gender balance, region, etc):

0 = not at all
1 =  has made a little effort to satisfy the criteria
2 = somewhat meets the criteria
3= fully meets the criteria


We have only a week to do this and happy and happy to work with someone if someone is wiling to do so.! I will be available online and we can spend the whole day reading the workshops proposals.
