Hi Norbert

This issue is treated briefly in an article titled ' From Social 
Enterprises to Mobiles—Seeking a Peg to Hang a Premeditated ICTD Theory 
' by my colleague at IT for Change, Anita Gurumurthy, published in the 
journal ' /Information Technologies & International Development/. The 
article can be accessed at

special edition of the ITID journal 
(http://itidjournal.org/itid/issue/view/37)  that brought together 
lectures delivered at the Second Harvard Forum on ICTD, and includes a 
piece by Amartya Sen.
