[governance] 8.9 earthquake in Japan

I hope you are well and that your family is safe. I have family in Meguro
and Okinawa and am trying to get in touch with them as well. Here in Fiji we
are on "tsunami" alert and it is predicted that a tsunami could hit Fiji in
about 6 hours time.
