[governance] FW: TP: city government exercising policy on Google Applications / consumer rights / Consumer Protection Act / trial period

All the issues in relation and many more are precisely why jurists need to
emerge and rethink philosophy, jurisprudence as it stands to cater for the
phenomena.

We will find that we will always run into a brick wall if we try to address
these issues from a policy and legal platform as the philosophy and
jurisprudence is inadequate to deal with the issues.
