Who are the envisioned users of the "policy related documents"
output of the IFG that you're envisioning?

- members of parliament (in various countries)?

- people working for a government in some kind kind of administrative
  function?

- members of standardization committees working on technical
standards with relevance to internet governance?

- others?

What are their needs that could possibly be met by IGF-generated
documents?

Greetings,
Norbert
