[governance] Advance notice of the need to move this list

(My email is down again so I'm replying from the Web archive.)  To avoid the list being at igf-online.net, we would need to move the Web site and the mailing list into the same place.  I can't give much of a commitment from Consumers International about continuity (because everything depends on funding for my project work at CI), so the other option is for us to raise some funds and hire our own virtual server, where everything can be consolidated under our existing igcaucus.org domain.  Does anyone prefer that option?  I suspect it would not be too hard to raise the necessary funds, even if just with a "Donate" button on our Web site.  We are talking about around $10/month.  In the past there was talk about making an application for a grant from a donor like the UN Democracy Fund, but this raised people's fears about over-institutionalising the IGC, so...
