i was wondering what happens when someone send subscribe message to list.cpsr.org?
so i tried:

I do not think this is a good thing.
people should just be able to subscribe.
they should not be told they are not allowed to subscribe.
i think this needs to be undone.
perhaps we need a subgroup to work with the co-ordinators, and then get list approval, before they make fundamental changes like this to the IGC list.
